Salus Organic Valerian Drop for sleep 50 ml
In the event of restlessness and nervous sleep disorders
Take ½ teaspoon full (approx. 1.5 ml) 2 to 3 times a day and 1 teaspoon full (approx. 3 ml), diluted with a little water, half an hour before going to bed if you have trouble sleeping.
If it is not sufficiently effective for sleep disorders, an additional 1 teaspoon can be taken before dinner.

100 ml valerian root tincture (1: 5)
Extracting agent: ethanol 70% (V / V)
