Selenium is part of many important enzymes in our organism. It contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, a normal function of the immune system, and the maintenance of normal hair and nails.
The trace element is incorporated organically as selenium methionine in the freshwater microalga Spirulina platensis. It is obtained from soda lakes and is low in iodine. -
Take 1 tablet (50 µg selenium) with sufficient liquid before or with a meal.

Free from milk protein, milk sugar, gluten, yeast, soy, gelatine and colorings.
For diabetics: 1 tablet corresponds to 0.006 bread units.
