Application

Unless otherwise prescribed, adults and young people aged 12 and over drink 1 cup of the freshly prepared tea infusion 3 - 4 times a day half an hour before meals:

Pour 150 ml of boiling water over 1 filter bag and cover and let it steep for about 10 - 15 minutes.

Then remove the filter bag.
