Since the menstrual flow varies from woman to woman and also during the cycle, the wearing time also varies.\u003cbr\u003eAt the beginning it is recommended to empty the Me Luna® at similar intervals as you previously changed tampons or pads. This is the best way to get a feeling for how often emptying is actually necessary.\u003cbr\u003eThe menstrual cup can be worn both during the day and at night, but it should be emptied after 8 to 12 hours at the latest.
