    Kneipp® Valerian Nerve Strength 500 mg is a traditional herbal medicinal product used to improve well-being in cases of nervous stress and to support sleep.

    Everyday stress and stressful situations, conflict situations, lack of time, noise and pressure to succeed can lead to restlessness.

    Valerian helps you stay calm so you can better cope with the many tasks in your daily life.

    Valerian shields the nerves from external stimuli and thus has a relaxing effect.
    Application

    dults please take:

    • For the treatment of restlessness, take 4 film-coated tablets up to 3 times daily.
    • For the treatment of sleep disturbances caused by nervousness, take 4 – 6 film-coated tablets ½ to 1 hour before going to bed.

    If necessary, you can take an additional 4 film-coated tablets earlier in the evening.
    Ingredients

    Active ingredient per film-coated tablet:
    500 mg valerian root powder.

    The other ingredients are: Magnesium stearate (Ph. Eur.) [vegetable], highly dispersed silicon dioxide, crospovidone (type A), shellac (wax-free), talc, gum arabic dried dispersion, long-chain partial glycerides.
