Unless otherwise prescribed consume adults 1 time daily 1 dissolved effervescent tablet.
Dissolve the effervescent tablet before taking in a half glass of water (150 ml) and drink the contents of the glass completely. -
1 effervescent tablet provides 225 mg of vitamin C and 100 mg of magnesium.
