Aurica Indian Psyllium Husks are purely herbal product for use in the case of constipation, or diarrhea. 

characterized by a high content of digestive, water-soluble fiber. These bulking agents cause the grains in the intestine to swell and thus increase the amount of stool. The resulting pressure on the intestinal wall stimulates bowel movement and thus triggers the bowel evacuation reflex.

Indian Psyllium Husks are particularly suitable for the formation of loose stools when easier emptying of the bowels is desired - for tears in the anus mucous membrane, hemorrhoids, rectal-anal surgery, irritable bowel, bloating and flatulence, in pregnancy but also for the formation of solid stools in the case of diarrhea different cause.
