Aurica Fennel Tea consists of the whole fruits of the bitter fennel "Foeniculum vulgare MILL.", Which is also popular in paediatrics because of its spicy and bitter-sweet taste. Fennel has long been known as a digestive and respiratory agent. Traditionally, it is used against mild cramp-like gastrointestinal complaints such as gas and bloating. 

Fennel tea also has an extremely expectorant effect, makes it easier to expectorate and thus provides relief from infections of the upper respiratory tract with coughs, sore throats and inflammation of the mucous membranes.

Application

Unless otherwise prescribed, 1 cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows is drunk 2 - 3 times a day: 1 teaspoon of crushed fennel (approx. 2.5 g) with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and pour about 10 - 15 Let it stand for minutes.
For infants and small children, the tea infusion can also be used to dilute milk or porridge.
