Always wash your hands before use. Before each use, remove the protective cap from the tip of the tube.
Tilt your head back slightly. With one finger of your free hand, gently pull your lower eyelid downwards. Hold the tube vertically above your eye with the drip tip pointing down. Slightly squeeze the tube to put a drop of gel in the eye.
Put the protective cap back on the tube after each use. Then close your eye and slowly move it in all directions. Blink to distribute the gel drop as well as possible on the surface of the eye.
When using Artelac Nighttime Gel with contact lenses, these must be removed and reinserted 15 minutes after application.

Artelac Nighttime Gel leads to a short-term clouding of vision immediately after use, which is why the product is preferably used overnight.
