Folates play a role in cell division and contribute to normal blood formation and maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. The maternal intake of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to the normal development of the eyes and brain in the fetus and the breastfed infant. The beneficial effect occurs when, in addition to the recommended daily dose of omega-3 fatty acids for adults (ie 250 mg DHA and EPA) 200 mg DHA should be taken daily.
Application

Take four capsules, two dry capsules and two oil capsules daily with a glass of water or juice before a meal.  The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.
