Composition per daily dose of 2 effervescent tablets: 300 mg (80% **) magnesium, 800 mg (100% **) calcium, 80 mg (100% **) vitamin C, 12 mg (100% **) vitamin E, 56 mg Caffeine ***, 60 mg nettle leaf extract ***.
