  • NemaBas Tablets is a food supplement for a balanced acid-base ratio.

The acid-base balance of the human body

A “balanced acid-base ratio” is used when the acids and bases in the human body are in a certain ratio to one another, with the alkaline components predominating. Only then is it possible for most metabolic processes to run properly. The liver, gall bladder, pancreas, duodenum, small intestine and large intestine, for example, have their optimum working conditions in the alkaline area. In addition, many enzymatic and hormonal processes in the body require a basic environment.

A number of buffer systems are used to maintain the acid-base balance, such as B. the bicarbonate buffer of the blood and the phosphate buffer in the renal tubules, which is important for acid excretion. The main task of the buffers is to neutralize the acids and bases that arise in the metabolism or that are supplied by food.

Overacidification is a burden on health
As a result of an incorrect lifestyle and an unbalanced diet, the body's ability to maintain its natural acid-base balance is noticeably reduced. As a result, the metabolism shifts into the acidic range. Since the organism is no longer able to excrete all excess acids, they are deposited in the connective tissue.

    What can lead to acidification?

    • Unbalanced diet
    • Environmental toxins and nicotine
    • stress
    • Reduced diet
    • Unusual physical or sporting stress
    • illness

A balanced diet is composed in such a way that the acid-base balance is not heavily burdened. ie, base-forming foods should predominate. As a good base supplier z. B. Fruits, vegetables, milk and carbohydrates from whole foods. In contrast, all protein-rich foods such as meat, sausage, fish and eggs are to be regarded as acid-forming foods. Some types of cheese, quark, sweets, carbonated beverages, coffee and alcohol are also acidic.

Most people structure their diet in such a way that the metabolism produces more acids than bases. In addition, many foods are depleted in basic minerals and trace elements. The result is an undesirable acidic metabolism.

In addition to the wrong diet, other factors also put a strain on the acid-base balance. Stress and hectic rush as well as environmental toxins and nicotine lead to increased acid formation in the body. A reduced diet not only stimulates the metabolism and thus the acid is released from deposits in the connective tissue, but insufficient amounts of bases are also supplied to the body with food.

In the event of unusual physical or sporting stress, the muscle activity increases the formation of lactic acid, which the body uses basic substances to neutralize. If more alkaline substances are not ingested with food, performance drops and the gradual acidification of muscles and connective tissue leads to an increased susceptibility to injury.

What to do in case of hyperacidity
Diet is of great importance for a balanced acid-base balance. Restricting the consumption of acid-forming foods is recommended. With this in mind, more fruits and vegetables should be consumed, smaller portions eaten and thoroughly chewed. It is also advisable to drink a lot outside of meals. An increased excretion of acids is achieved to a certain extent through physical exercise and cold-warm stimuli such as alternating showers or saunas.

Such a consistent change in living and eating habits is usually not feasible for a variety of reasons. The targeted supplementation of food is therefore useful. The basic product NemaBas offers one possibility.

NemaBas for a balanced acid-base ratio
With a special mixture of basic components, NemaBas counteracts the emergence of over-acidification and helps to reduce an already existing excess of acid. NemaBas thus contributes to a balanced acid-base ratio.

    NemaBas contributes to:

    • to maintain performance with high demands and in stressful situations
    • to achieve greater endurance and performance in sporting activity and to avoid injuries that are favored by acidification of muscles and connective tissue.
    • to compensate for the insufficient supply of bases during a weight reduction diet
    • to shorten the recovery phase after illness

    Vital minerals
All of the aforementioned factors that can lead to over-acidification, especially sporting activity and fasting cures, also cause an increased need for the minerals calcium, magnesium, potassium and phosphorus.

NemaBas contains these four essential minerals in a specially balanced ratio. Calcium is necessary for healthy bones, magnesium in connection with potassium is necessary for the proper functioning of muscles, and phosphorus is an important metabolic and bone agent.

  • Take 2 - 3 tablets 3 to 4 times a day with water. The tablets can be chewed or swallowed whole with plenty of water or dissolved in a glass of water or juice.

  • Sodium hydrogen carbonate; Basic magnesium carbonate; Calcium hydrogen phosphate; Calcium carbonate; Release agent microcrystalline cellulose; Potassium hydrogen carbonate; Corn starch; Anti-caking agents: sodium carboxymethyl cellulose , magnesium stearate, talc.

    One tablet contains:
sodium 131.1 mg; Calcium 37.7 mg; Magnesium 27.9 mg; Phosphorus 13.3 mg; Potassium 8.6 mg 9 tablets daily cover the daily requirement recommended by the DGE (German Society for Nutrition): magnesium 72%, calcium 42%, phosphorus 10% and potassium 4%.
