Gentle care for babies and mothers
For the skin care of the little ones we recommend: As little as necessary, as natural as possible.

• If the baby's bottom is sore, clean the affected skin areas with water and calendula oil and air dry. Then the oil is applied again.
• To soften the cradle cap, rub the affected areas gently and leave them under a cotton cap overnight. Then the scab can be rubbed off very gently.
• Irritated nipples recover faster and painful cracks are prevented. Rub in gently after breastfeeding.
  
  

Tip for Baby massage
A popular mix of skin care and loving care that is particularly suitable for children. The calendula oil, which has been warmed up in your hands, is applied to the upper body, starting from the heart and outwards. At the end, the little feet are kept warm for a short time.

Tip for Calendula cream / marigold cream for mom and child:
slowly melt 25 g raw & organic shea butter in a water bath (do not let it get hot). Then add 5 - 10 ml of calendula oil and stir in well. As it cools, the mixture turns into a soft cream that is good for caring for baby bum, nipples and inflamed skin. The homemade calendula cream can be stored at room temperature for about 6 months.
