    Keracnyl Cleansing Gel is a highly compatible wash gel that is specifically tailored to the needs of impure skin. It cleanses gently and without the use of soaps. The patented plant extract Myrtacin® destroys the protective sheath of the acne-causing bacteria and prevents the formation of pimples. The gentle cleansing gel also contains Sabal extract, which regulates the oil production of the sebaceous glands and thus also helps to bring the skin into balance.
