  • Vitaquell virgin organic coconut oil is cold-pressed from the pure, dried coconut meat gently. Here max emerge. Temperatures of 40 ° C, so that the oil is suitable for a raw food diet. Thereafter, there is no refining, i.e. no bleaching or deodorization. In this way, the delicious, exotic taste and smell of fresh coconuts remains.

    The oil contains predominantly saturated fatty acids, esp. Lauric acid. Therefore, coconut oil at temperatures below 23 ° C fixed, snow white and white pearls formed. It is liquefied by gentle heating at or above 26 ° C and gives a slightly hazy color.
