Unless otherwise prescribed, 1 cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows is drunk 1 - 4 times a day: 1 small teaspoon with crushed juniper berries (approx. 2.5 g) just before use Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over it and let it steep for about 10-15 minutes.
