  • A band must be worn on each wrist.

    Place the middle three fingers on the inside of your wrist, with the middle finger resting on the joint fold. The Nei Kuan point is under the edge of your index finger, i. between the two middle tendons.

    Align the knob protruding from the SEA-BAND acupressure band inwards towards the Nei-Kuan point. Repeat the procedure for the other wrist.
